It is clean, it is well lit, and the staff and artists are kind and genuinely seem excited to get you the art you want. I got a walk-in appointment and a small piece, and it was such a good experience I went back for 3 more the next day on another walk in. If your looking to get a tattoo in the city and feel unsure where to go or find the atmosphere of tattoos shops to be unwelcoming. This is the place to go, full stop.
